KUFA Finance Mentorship Programme

We hosted our Finance Mentorship Programme event on 29 November 2025.

Designed for university students interested in pursuing a career in finance, the event brought together aspiring professionals and experienced mentors from across the industry. From investment banking to commercial real estate, consulting, and asset management, students had the opportunity to learn directly from people who have been exactly where they are now.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing our mentors share their personal journeys into finance. Each mentor came from a different background and career path, offering honest insights into:

• How they broke into competitive industries

• What they wish they had known as students

• How to navigate early career decisions

• The importance of resilience, networking, and long-term thinking

The event created an open and welcoming environment where students felt comfortable asking questions and engaging in genuine conversations.

We’re incredibly grateful to our mentors for their time, openness, and willingness to give back, and to all the students who joined us with such enthusiasm and curiosity.
