Jonghwan Bae
John is a Portfolio Management Associate at DWS in London, United Kingdom. He manages pan-European portfolios and supports global fund-of-funds on behalf of international institutional investors.
Previously, John worked as an investment analyst in London and Toronto, underwriting mixed-use residential and logistics investments in Europe and North America for various Canadian pension plans. Also, he underwrote ground-up mixed-use residential projects in underdeveloped communities in the US to provide affordable housing for underprivileged citizens while improving the community infrastructure with the local government.
John pursued MBA at the University of Oxford and Columbia Business School.
Natixis SA London
Anna Lee
Anna currently serve as Vice President in the EMEA Internal Audit team at Natixis SA London. She has extensive expertise in conducting financing audits across Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Corporate Finance, along with regulatory audits to ensure compliance with UK and European regulation.
Previously, she performed Loan Review at Korea Exchange Bank in London and worked at Deloitte as an external auditor.
Anna holds a Diploma in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and French Literature from Seoul National University. Anna is also a certified member of ACCA and KICPA.
KEB Hana Bank
Dongcheol Kwon
Dongcheol Kwon is a Manager at KEB Hana Bank, specialising in Structured Finance, Syndicated Loans, and Financial Analysis. He's a certified member of ACCA. He has extensive experience in finance documentation, real estate finance, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance, supporting complex transactions with in-depth financial modelling and data analysis.

With a detail-oriented approach, Dongcheol ensures the delivery of timely insights to stakeholders, enabling informed financial decisions and optimising business outcomes. His expertise lies in reviewing financial structures and recommending solutions based on sound data and industry best practices.

EJ Elena Shin
EJ Elena Shin, CQF, SCR is Head of Climate Solutions at Aviva Investors. She is responsible for the overall development of liquid markets investment solutions to support the delivery of Aviva’s climate ambitions. Her responsibilities include the development of climate investment methodology, frameworks, and tools along with in-depth research and analysis on net zero/climate-related risks, including physical, transition risks and scenario analysis, to assess their potential impact on investment portfolios and identify investment opportunities in support of the investment teams. EJ is also responsible for strengthening Aviva Investors’ commercial position through the development of Aviva Investors’ climate solutions capabilities.

EJ joined Aviva Investors in 2023 and has over 10 years’ experience at BlackRock in investing and ESG across various roles from a multi-asset portfolio manager to ESG/Climate research and integration lead based in New York, Europe, and Asia. EJ completed Master’s Certificate on Sustainability (3-year on-campus program) with Harvard University, Quantitative Finance (CQF) master’s certificate, Oxford Executive Leadership Program with Said Business School, LSE Economic Development Masters Certificate, GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate, and CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. She sits on the board of the ‘Do Well Do Good.’

In-chan Kim
In-chan is a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he has worked across multiple sectors and functions, helping clients solve complex challenges.
He holds a PhD in electric vehicles and renewable energies from Imperial College London, where he also graduated with a 1st MEng.
Outside of work, In-chan enjoys cooking, exercising, spending time with friends, and visiting family in Korea slightly too frequently.

Jonghan Jay Kim
Jonghan Jay Kim is an International Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate advisory firm. Over the past seven years, he has led investment advisory transactions totalling more than €10 billion, working with clients on high-value real estate deals across Europe.

He began his career as an investment banker at Hanwha Investment & Securities in Korea, where he gained experience in financial markets and corporate investment strategy.
​
Jay holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BA from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
Deloitte Digital
Lin Kim
Lin is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital, part of the Tech & Transformation team, where she helps clients leverage technology to drive transformation. She leads the end-to-end service design process from customer research to design and implementation, ensuring that solutions align with user needs and business objectives. Her work primarily focuses on financial services and government clients.

She values knowledge sharing and capability building, coordinating service design training at Deloitte and upskilling over 200 participants over the past three years.
Allianz Global Investors
Seungwoo Chung
William is an Associate Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Allianz Global Investors, where manages global multi-asset portfolios with a strong focus on macro investing. With expertise in rates, foreign exchange and asset allocation, he applies a macro-driven investment approach.

William is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.
MUFG Securities
Soobin Park
Soobin is an Enterprise Risk Analyst at MUFG Securities EMEA. She supports the firm’s risk framework by coordinating key risk reporting activities, including the Top & Emerging Risk Report and Risk Appetite Assessments, and contributes to Product Risk Management, Recovery and Resolution Planning, and Back-testing of P&L and VaR models.
Previously, Soobin worked at The Korea Development Bank as a Risk Management Officer and she holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from LSE.
